The Hawaii Houseless are everywhere here a photo near the Hawaii Food Bank in Mapunapuna where King tides flood regularly. Exit 808 is the name of the COFO food outreach project to the many houseless living in the ravines, under bridges, in parks, along the lake, and in the streets.
